Meet the Owner
Noah Ford-Dunker, a Fargo native and Concordia College graduate, leads Client Growth and Digital Strategy at Brave Creative Studio, helping organizations elevate their digital presence through SEO, paid search, and smart marketing campaigns. Beyond his marketing work, Noah is deeply involved in property operations and rental market analysis.
He owns and operates Salvestr (pronounced Sal-VEST-ter), a short-term rental management and consulting company specializing in revenue optimization, guest experience, and portfolio growth across North Dakota and Minnesota. Noah’s hands-on approach ensures each property reaches its full potential.
Committed to community, Noah serves on the Concordia College National Alumni Board and the American Advertising Federation District 8 Board, and he sings with the Fargo Moorhead Choral Artists.
