What happens when I book direct? Is my reservation and credit card information secure?
When you book directly with us:
- You will sign a booking agreement specific to the property.
- Please review cancellation terms before booking. You have 48 hours to agree to the terms and cancel without penalty.
- A photo of your legal identification is required.
- Some properties may require a security deposit if you have not stayed with us before.
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any lost nights or damages.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Your reservation is confirmed once the deposit is paid, and a confirmation email with your reservation number will be sent.
Do you offer discounts?
- By booking direct, you typically save 5–10% compared to online travel agencies.
- Verified returning guests can request a 5% “returning guest” promo.
- Deployed military receive 10% off on non-peak weekends and holidays.
- Stays longer than one week may be eligible for additional discounts—please include details in your inquiry.
We price our properties competitively for the area and amenities, removing the need to haggle and ensuring you receive our best available rate for your dates.
Do you allow early check-in or late check-out?
Early arrivals and late check-outs depend on whether guests are departing before you or arriving after you. Please check the property’s availability calendar first. If there are guests departing that morning or arriving right after your stay, please do not request early arrival or late check-out.
- Requests should be made no sooner than 2 days before arrival or departure.
- Availability is not guaranteed.
- If available, early arrivals are free.
- Late check-outs, when available, incur an hourly charge.
- If early arrival isn’t available, you can request a same-day readiness notification and we may be able to let you in a little early.
